The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain an account on dw888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dw888 applies the 21+ age standard consistent with responsible gaming best practice for the Indonesia market. Any misrepresentation of your age will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
• You must be physically located in Indonesia, or otherwise in a jurisdiction in which accessing and using the Platform is lawful. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any national or international self-exclusion register that would prohibit you from opening a gaming account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of dw888, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not have had a previous dw888 account suspended, closed for cause, or forfeited for breach of these Terms.

3.1 Single Account Rule. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. dw888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated wagers, and retain any bonus funds without notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. dw888 relies on registration data for KYC verification and payment processing. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or bank account — constitutes fraud and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dw888 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. Notify support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, pledge, or otherwise transfer your account or any interest in it to any other person. Any such attempt renders the account subject to immediate closure.

4.1 Accepted Methods. dw888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). dw888 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or third-party payment services not listed above.

4.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum single deposit is Rp 25.000. There is no fixed maximum deposit per transaction; however, deposits above Rp 50.000.000 may be subject to enhanced verification before being credited. dw888 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time, with or without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (07:00 – 23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed as early as possible the following morning. Withdrawal amounts must not exceed the balance available in your account after deducting any locked Bonus Funds.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification. All withdrawals are paid exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name. dw888 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. First-time withdrawals and any withdrawal request above Rp 5.000.000 may require completion of KYC verification (see Clause 7) before funds are released.

4.5 Own Funds Requirement. All deposits must be made from payment instruments legally owned and controlled by the registered Member. Any deposit originating from a payment instrument belonging to a third party will be refunded in full, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.6 Fees. dw888 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which dw888 accepts no liability.

5.1 General. dw888 offers a range of promotional incentives including Welcome Bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Nyepi, Imlek, and Indonesian Independence Day. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of this Agreement by reference.

5.2 Turnover Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum turnover (rollover) requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier for each bonus is stated on the promotion page at the time of opt-in. Unless otherwise stated, the default turnover requirement is 10× (ten times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on dw888 contribute equally to turnover requirements. Live casino games, sportsbook single bets, and certified slot titles from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Habanero typically contribute 100%. Certain games — including but not limited to low-margin table games, certain live game shows, and esports markets — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. 5.4 Bonus Abuse. dw888 actively monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same market across multiple accounts; wagering on outcomes with near-certain results to satisfy rollover requirements; and systematic withdrawal of bonus funds before legitimate gaming activity. Where abuse is identified, dw888 reserves the right to void wagers, remove Bonus Funds, and close accounts without prior notice.

5.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds that remain unreleased after the expiry date stated in the applicable promotion terms will be removed from the account automatically. dw888 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. dw888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its absolute discretion, including in circumstances where a market has been offered in error, where odds have been published incorrectly, or where suspicious betting activity is detected.

6.2 Sportsbook. The dw888 sportsbook covers BRI Liga 1 — including fixtures featuring Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Bali United, and all other Liga 1 clubs — as well as the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, and AFF Cup matches featuring Timnas Indonesia. In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. All sportsbook rules, including settlement procedures for postponed, abandoned, and void fixtures, are set out in the Sportsbook Rules page.

6.3 Live Casino. Live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Microgaming are governed by the rules displayed within each individual game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the outcome already determined by the dealer or Random Number Generator (RNG) will stand and will be settled accordingly.

6.4 Slots & RNG Games. All slot titles and RNG-based games on dw888 use certified random number generation technology audited by independent testing laboratories. 6.5 Esports. dw888 offers structured betting markets on Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile national championships, and Free Fire national series. Esports markets are settled based on official tournament results published by the respective governing bodies. dw888 will void markets where results cannot be confirmed from official sources within seven (7) calendar days of the scheduled match.

6.6 Error and Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or systems failure that affects the integrity of a game round or market, dw888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Members concerned. No further compensation will be payable in such circumstances.

7.1 Requirement. dw888 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm Member identity, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. KYC is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request above Rp 1.000.000 and may be triggered at any time at dw888's discretion.

7.2 Documents Required. When requested, Members must submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (Indonesian National ID Card — KTP, or valid passport).
• Proof of bank account ownership (bank statement, passbook cover page, or screenshot of mobile banking showing the Member's name and account number) — required when the withdrawal method is a bank transfer.
• Proof of e-wallet ownership — required when the withdrawal method is OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document, if requested by the compliance team.

7.3 Processing Time. dw888 will review submitted KYC documents within two (2) business days of receipt. Members will be notified by email and/or live chat of the outcome. Incomplete or unclear submissions will be returned with instructions for resubmission.

7.4 Withheld Withdrawals. dw888 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification. Funds held in this manner remain the Member's property and will be released promptly upon successful verification. If verification cannot be completed within thirty (30) days due to failure by the Member to supply required documents, dw888 reserves the right to close the account and return the net deposited balance to the original funding source.

8.1 Commitment. dw888 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers a full suite of player protection tools, accessible at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

8.2 Available Tools. The following tools are available to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours (daily), 7 days (weekly), or 30 days (monthly).
• Session Time Alerts: On-screen notifications when a Member has been active on the Platform for a pre-set duration.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the total amount a Member may lose within a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of gaming activity for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) during which the Member's account is restricted to withdrawals only.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term (minimum 6 months) exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusions take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period under any circumstances.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the dw888 Platform — including but not limited to the dw888 name, logo, trade dress, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations, and design elements — is the exclusive property of dw888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. dw888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, scrape, or exploit any Platform content for any commercial purpose.

9.3 Prohibited Conduct. You must not: use automated bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools on the Platform; reverse-engineer any software; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any server, database, or system connected to dw888; or reproduce Platform content on any third-party website or media channel without prior written consent from dw888.

10.1 Data Collection. dw888 collects and processes personal data — including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity — in order to operate your account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, and meet legal obligations.

10.2 Data Protection. All personal data is stored on secured, encrypted servers and is handled in accordance with dw888's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. 10.3 Data Sharing. dw888 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, game studios, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to deliver the Platform's services. All third-party processors are bound by confidentiality obligations no less stringent than those in this Agreement.

10.4 Cookies. The Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enable core functionality, improve user experience, and analyse traffic patterns. By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.1 Platform Provided "As Is". The dw888 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dw888 makes no warranties — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dw888 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, regardless of whether dw888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Cap on Direct Liability. Where dw888 is found liable for direct losses under applicable law, such liability shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless dw888, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of this Agreement, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

12.1 By dw888. dw888 may suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; bonus abuse; use of prohibited software; or legal or regulatory requirements.

12.2 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure for cause, dw888 reserves the right to void outstanding bets, cancel pending withdrawals, and forfeit any Bonus Funds. Deposited funds not affected by fraud or breach will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within thirty (30) days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.

12.3 By the Member. You may close your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be paid out to your registered payment method following KYC clearance.

12.4 Survival. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive the termination of this Agreement and continue to bind the parties.

13.1 Right to Amend. dw888 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

13.2 Notification. For material changes that significantly affect Member rights or obligations, dw888 will provide notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent announcement on the Platform homepage at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

13.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 12.3.

14.1 Jurisdiction. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Asia-Pacific region.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact dw888 at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. dw888 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receiving a written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English by a mutually agreed independent arbitrator.

14.3 Language. This Agreement is drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
